Schedevi Psykiatri is a privately owned company that has been providing support, round-the-clock care, and accommodation for adults with mental health variations and comorbidities since 1942.

We offer a wide range of care with personal assistance, social and physical training, and support for individual development. We have several well-established operations and are located in Östergötland, Västergötland, and now also in Småland.

Job Responsibilities

Your role as a Night Support Assistant at Furubacken is to provide our clients with support and care in their daily lives together with other colleagues in the team.

Your Profile

Primarily, we are looking for someone with training as a caregiver/nursing assistant, but we also welcome those with other training focused on care and/or pedagogy.

You should have experience working with individuals with psychiatric issues and have a strong interest and commitment to the target group. You need to be able to meet a target group with a complex problem profile and potentially challenging behavior. It is important that you have good collaboration skills and the ability to communicate well both internally and externally. You have basic computer skills and documentation experience. You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language and be able to express yourself well in both speech and writing.

We consider it an advantage if you have knowledge and experience of working from a low-arousal approach.

Conditions

We offer 2 temporary positions for 3 months at night until 31/8-2025. Working hours are: 20:15-07:45.

Salary and employment rate are negotiable.

A driving license (B) is desirable.
